Quilt Square

Created in honor of Alyson Hennessee

Our quilt square was designed by Alyson’s oldest daughter, Alicia. Alicia drew and colored the square to honor the life of her mother. Above all else, Alyson was proudest of her role as a mother, not only to Alicia (age 12), but also to her younger children, Baylee (age 2 1/2) and Jamison (age 18 months). To further honor Alyson, I added embellishments of doodles/paisley designs. Alyson was herself an artist, so we felt that this square would honor her memory and spirit. We will forever love and cherish our beloved Alyson who was taken from us way too soon. Heroin took her from us, but God holds her for us until we meet again. To Him be the Glory.
