Dee loved fishing. He was a great fisherman. Dee could clean a fish faster and better than anyone, I’ve been told. Dee also loved to ride his Harley on Sundays. Dee was a great pool player, too. He won several tournaments. Dee started building pallets at the age of 14 years old. He worked with our dad “Dewey” for 30 years at McDaniel Pallet and Lumber Company. Dee was very loyal to all and the company. As everyone knows working with lumber, sawmilling is hard physical work. Dee took over as “Boss man” when dad retired. Dee was so excited. Dee’s life ended tragically on January 7, 2015, at only 49 years old. He was my only sibling and I miss him dearly. Dee was humble, kind, and genuine. He was my brother.
